Can I reserve a vehicle before I view it?
Usually, yes. Call us or send an enquiry and we will explain how reservations work for that vehicle before you pay anything.
Are the prices on the website up to date?
We keep prices and availability up to date, but stock can sell quickly. Please call or send an enquiry to confirm before travelling.
How can I check a vehicle’s history?
Each listing includes the service history and condition notes we have. You can also check any vehicle’s MOT history for free on the GOV.UK MOT history service using its registration, and we are happy to share the registration so you can run your own history check.
Is the vehicle ULEZ compliant?
Every listing shows whether the vehicle meets the ULEZ standard. You can also confirm using the TfL vehicle checker.
What are my rights when buying a used vehicle?
When you buy from a business, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says the vehicle must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. What counts as satisfactory takes the vehicle’s age and mileage into account. If something is not right after you buy, contact us first and we will talk it through.
Do you offer a warranty?
Ask us about the warranty options for the specific vehicle you are interested in. Some newer vehicles also carry the balance of the manufacturer’s warranty.
## Viewings and test drives
Do I need an appointment?
Yes – viewings are by appointment so we can have the vehicle ready and give you our full attention. Call us or use the enquiry form on the vehicle page.
Can I test drive a vehicle?
Yes. Please bring your full driving licence. We will explain any insurance requirements when you book.
## Finance
Will an enquiry affect my credit score?
No. Sending us a finance enquiry is not a credit application. If you later decide to apply, the lender will explain the checks involved before anything is run.
Is the calculator a quote?
No. It is an illustration only. Actual rates and payments depend on the lender and your circumstances, and finance is subject to status.
## Part-exchange
Can I part-exchange a vehicle that still has finance on it?
Often, yes. Tell us about the outstanding finance in the valuation form and we will explain how it would be settled.
Will you buy my car if I am not buying from you?
Send us the details anyway and we will let you know whether we can make an offer.
## After you buy
Can you deliver the vehicle?
Ask us – depending on the distance, we may be able to arrange delivery.
What if something goes wrong after I buy?
Call us as soon as possible. We will listen, look into it and explain your options.
